Next, Salomon sued Marvad Corp., the Seattle-based Internet porn company, for upwards of $10 million for illegally distributing the amateur adult video. Now Marvad is on the lawsuit bandwagon with their suit against the man they bought the tape from, Solomon’s former roommate, Don Thrasher. Marvad says Thrasher led the company to believe he owned all rights to the tape and the lawsuit states Marvad "suffered substantial damages arising out of the misrepresentations by Thrasher and his agents." The lawsuit seeks $10 million plus from Thrasher, who maintains that Salomon gave him the tape. "they had an agreement to sell the tape," he reportedly said. "He gave me the tape." everyone busy on law suit against each other, while milloin of people wold wide enjoying the sex tape Solomon claims Thrasher stole the tape, but Thrasher says he gave Solomon half of the $50,000 he received from selling the tape. On the other hand Paris Hilton says she is "embarrassed" and "humiliated" citing the fact that "her parents and the people who love me have been hurt." It was reported that Marvad agreed not to distribute any footage from the tape after learning that Hilton did not consent to the release of the tape. Don’t people learn?
